Vega Ryker D/V Camo Dull Black Red Helmet-M

Using it for 3 years. Still no complaints. Hurts after a long wear which is expected.

I have been a "Vega" user since 2014 because of the budget it provides and the looks of it's helmets.I've been using Ryker camo since December,2019 after i bought Suzuki Gixxer 2019 to compliment its looks when i ride it.Some good points using it:1. Looks (personal preference). It's of my taste and matches my bike flawlessly.2. It's weight distribution makes it feel very lightweight on head and allows me to go for long rides without tiring the shoulders and neck.3. Airflow is adequate to keep the head and face ventilated. Keep in mind to open all the vents for best ventilation.4. The sun visor is very helpful during sunny days. The outer clear visor is decent enough for a wide view without bar disturbances.5. The paint job is glossy in nature and looks attractive from all angles.6. The padding is totally removable. It is easy and necessary to wash the liners in regular interval.7. The padding at initial time felt too tight but gradually matched the proper shape of my face and provides safe n snug fit.8. The buckle, though it's not a d-ring mechanism, still it provides enough grip. I could not force open it by applying pressure bare handed.Now some not so good points I faced:1. A chin pad would have been a warm addition to this helmet.2. The side vents are fixed and cannot be changed which makes weird noise past 100kmph mark. (Tested in empty stretch 😊)3. The inner sun visor has no integrated switch. Means, you have to open the main visor and then pull out or push in the inner visor with your fingers. It troubles me in many situations.4. Vega could have provided sockets to insert anti fog inserts. (But we are Indians, jugaad to mene laga liya, ap bhi laga lenge 😉)This was the review of this helmet. I hope it will help you to make a buying decision.TBH, I am satisfied with this helmet for the price I paid. Awesome quality

The quality of the product is very low. While the bolt series is fine, this series seems very low grade with no proper protection padding and no chin cloth

The media could not be loaded. It's a vega brand orginal helmet and it's comes from black red color and it's glossy type. If u want MATT type then you need to buy DULL BLACK RED MODEL.. i got this product by 1600 rs only. But the mrp shown in the helmet is 1898 RS..It's a medium perfect dual visor helmet. Vega brand provide one year warranty . You can claim warranty only for the accessories which means that the visor only.

This is my first helmet for Vega and I mostly use it for when I take my scooter out Light weight but when it comes to comfort it takes a step back nothing too uncomfortable but the ventilation doesn't do justice and safety is a bit of a consern as the area which protects the jaw is soft which clearly isn't good when crashing into a wall at 40/kmph good if you don't cross speeds of 40-50 but I wouldn't advise buying this as a helmet for for anything above 180cc go for Mt or ls2 and if over 500cc go for agv or shoei

Reviewing after usage of 30 days and detailed comparison with Steelbird SBA 1 Helmets … As I have both the helmets.😘Pros:*Looks wise awsm, better than SBA1.*Light weight same as SBA 1*Truely scratch resistant visors D/V , which u don't get in SBA 1.*Sturdy build better than SBA 1.*Visors are of good quality better than SBA1 in terms of build and opposite side light reflection.*Half tint visor also does the job.*Pads are much better than SBA1.*Vents are of good quality and air flow is persistence.😒Cons:* Paint/Print job in SBA 1 is better.*Wide view is not available because chin protection area is too wide in VEGA .
