not convenient to use
It looks good, feels good. But while using, the head turns around and flips up & down frequently. While actually mopping, the head actually is uncontrolled ! It's very inconvenient and we are not using it at all.The material used in construction is also OK but this is a design fault.

Short handle not telescopic - disappointed
The product description and picture had a telescopic handle that could be shortened or pulled out for a longer one. What i received was something with just a short handle - about 2 feet or so. Too low to work as a standing floor mop without causing back pain. Returned and received refund.

Incomplete accessories given
Poor supply. Sent with one half of the rod. I could not use it. Need to initiate return. And also have to search again other product. Degine seems to me for more suitable for dry mopping only.

Disappointed product
Not worthy for the price it's quoted. The microfiber cloth which is been locked with the mop stick is very unstable it does not hold it property.

Very poor don't buy
It's a bad quality product.... fiber is not good and stich handle is made of very poor steel broken with in 2months of use rotten and broken.... feeling cheated..... don't buy

Have been using for more than. Year now very helpful on busy days ...go for it...
