We got this for our cat, about 11lbs, and it worked great. He fit in it pretty well, but I would not recommend it for a long trip if your cat or dog is on the longer side; our cat is tall and lanky so he could not turn around much in this. It was perfectly sturdy and easy for me to carry, though. It unzipping on both sides makes it easy to get the cat in, just make sure you zip up one side all the way when you start putting the animal in (especially if its a cat!) or they may pop out the other side :)For the price, this is one of the best soft carriers around for animals under 15lbs.

What a fabulous kitty carry-all! Mr. Kitten feels right at home inside of this lovely container. The straps are sewed on straight up and down the entire length of the bag so it would be nearly impossible for them to break off during transport. There's even a little snap-tag inside to attach to your kitty's collar, but I probably won't use that. (Mr. Kitty likes to have freedom of movement!) I love this product, and I really love that the less popular colors cost less. Great deal all around! Thank you.

Bought this for feral cats in our yard. The SPCA has fair prices for spay/neuter, so we just had to get them there. This kennel is a great price, and worked out fine for the transport of the cats. Only problem is if you need to keep the animal (cat or dog) in the kennel for any length of time, they can chew through the fabric. We made it work, and got them fixed, so all is good! This carrier is well made (albeit with fabric).

As with all Amazon prime items, this arrived promptly. The floor was super easy to put in, and the carrier was far more spacious than I was given to believe given some of the other reviews. My cat is about 11-12 lbs., and it is plenty spacious for her. She was not particularly impressed, but I opened it in the middle of her nap time, so what can you say. I bought it to have for trips to the vet and such, and was very, very pleased.

The kennel/ carrier arrived sooner than expected. It has a nice sturdy construction. I picked the yellow one and love the color. My kitten is a rescue/ abandoned kitten. She slept in this carrier for a couple weeks. I gave it five stars because it has already gone in handy but just a note to anyone who buys one, this carrier has a very strong plastic/rubber smell for about 3-4 days. I had to let it air out before using it.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this carrier. Yes, the bottom really folds if you don't have something holding it rigid but that is easily fixed by an old board game board. It was perfect for taking our 2 three month old kittens to the vet for their shots and we leave it on the window seat as a cat cave the rest of the time. Delivered quickly and a bargain at the price.

Oh my gosh, My cat should be paid to promote this case! We haven't used it yet, so I don't want to give 5 stars. It was hard to get the flat bottom in, but boy once I did ~ I just walked away and my cat was inside having the time of his life!

At first, a collapsible, storable soft-sided carrier seemed like a great idea for my kittens, but I wouldn't buy it again. I needed the carrier to take my cats in the car, and there's no good way to buckle in and secure a soft-sided carrier without mushing the carrier and making the cats feel claustrophobic. One of my cats cried through part of a four hour car ride until I transferred her to a hard-sided carrier, at which point she felt secure enough to calm down and rest for the remainder of the trip. Suffice it to say, if you want your pets to feel secure and take it in the car frequently, a soft-sided collapsible carrier may not be the product for you. That said, when I leave it on the floor they love playing in it and chewing on the cloth, but they could just as easily play with cardboard boxes.
