ZAP ZAP, BEST ON THE MARKET I RECKON.
HAD THIS FOR A WHILE NOW AND STILL A 5 STAR BUY. ZAPS ANYTHING THAT GOES NEAR IT. LOOKS GREAT AND VERY EFFECTIVE. SEEN SOME CHEAPER ONES BUT NOT AS GOOD AS THIS. ITS JUST LIKE THE ONES I SEE WHEN VISITING ABROAD. I HONESTLY AM NOT SURE WHAT IT USES, BUT I HAVE IT ON ALL THE TIME AND HAVE NEVER NOTICED ANY REAL INCREASE IN ELECTRICITY COSTS. MAY CONSIDER GETTING ONE FOR OUR CARAVAN AWNING ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE CAMPED NEAR A RIVER :)

I wish I hadn't bothered
Sent it back.... insects especially mosquitos laugh at this, as it looks serious but fails to attract them with its pseudo uv light. Didt kill anything apart from my wallet! 😆

incorrect fusing
My previous Geepas flykiller (from Amazon) stopped working 4 weeks after the 2 year guarantee expired (it had melted the insulation in its choke, without blowing the fuse On stripping it to find the problem I saw that it had a 13A fuse in its plug, way over what is allowable for its 40w Consumption.Ordered a smaller Geepas replacement which has just arrived (I know, I know). Checked the plug before using and that is also 13A ........ for a 16W gadget !!!!! Very unsafe!!! I have replaced the fuse with a 3A one. Geevas please note. 3 star rating is because they are well designed and the first one has been very efficient.
