The bag itself is of good enough quality for the money, I do wonder how long it’ll last but it’s a punch bag, it’s going to take some beating. Gloves are fine, are of good quality but you might want to buy better bag gloves down the line.Quality of the other components such as wall mount is pretty good and sturdy. Feels like it’ll take a lot more weight when on the wall.I bought a heavy strap from Amazon to hang the bag from the joists in the garage so I can position the bag away from the wall more than if I used the wall mount.Not sure about the gimmicky additional stuff like the mini gloves etc but no other real kits exist on Amazon for a reasonable cost.Overall great value for money and good quality kit.

Once the bag settles it's brilliant for the price I'm a boxer and use this very often good material and hits well not keen on the bag mitts it comes with but the bag is worth 5 stars alone

Heres is my short honest opinion- 5Ft Filled Black Maya option.6 Years K-B experience as knowledge!BRACKET- The first and the most important thing you NEED to do is strap the bag down to the floor plate with enough tension to keep it firm but not stiff and i guarantee this will ease side impact tension from the top bracket. Also be sure to fit bracket bolts into the middle of 2 seperate bricks if fitting to an external wall and drill STRAIGHT!Lastly the bracket is in 2 pieces that connect as a moving shaft this is simply because of added floor strap.WITHOUT THE STRAP DOWN YOU WILL DEFINITELY DAMAGE THE BRACE!BAG AND ACCESSORIES- The bag itself is really good and can easily handle heavy hooks and side kicks and has a moderate density. The gloves provided are okay for moderate bag work and sparring they also provide moderate air flow, it takes a few days too break in gloves in plus make sure too use wrist wraps which are also good quality. I bought the RDX open finger gloves which are a lot more reinforced and ventilated, definitely worth it!I use this everyday, twice a day, for 1 hour and its up there with top brand bags.1 star removed for inadequate packaging (bag and box should be seperate)DO NOT USE WITHOUT STRAP DOWN!

Nice boxing bag, which you can double in weight if this suits you. The company has a very good customer services section who are very helpful.The bag also has an anchor point underneath, so you can keep it centred, if so wish.

The bag is perfect for what I need. Good quality material and the right weight that I needed. Only downside was that I had to make my own bracket so I could hang it from the ceiling but it does come with a wall bracket I just didn’t have the space in my gym. Overall top piece of kit.

The package arrived quicker than expected. It is a Christmas gift for my son. We got it installed today and the installion tools required on the instructions was incorrect we needed to use a 14mm drill bit and a 15 mm and 13 mm socket spanner not a 10 mm as stated. Once we got the right tools it was easy enough to install.

Bought this for working out at home in the garage. Fitted on the wall easily. It is great and comes with all the extras I wanted. I have also been using the skipping rope. Gloves are nice and comfortable and the bag is well filled and great quality. Quick and hastle free delivery. Very happy with my purchase would recommend.

Product is great, I did have to purchase decent raw plugs though as the ones supplied were pretty bad and just rotated in the wall.Customer service is great, had to get in touch with them a couple times regarding delivery, as it was meant to arrive 3 or 4 days after purchase, but ended up taking a lot longer due to Evri forstly losing the package (how do you lose a punch bag!?) Then eventually after finding it they told gave me a delivery time slot and didn't turn up, I did eventually get it though.The product itself seems to be really sturdy, decent quality for the price. If you are after something you'd see at a gym or dojo, this isn't quite that, it's a bit softer than most, but still really good for home use.
