This is the optimal mayonnaise for vegetarians who want organic foods. The company does produce a vegan variety minus eggs. The ingredients are sunflower oil, jalapeño peppers, certified humane free range egg yolks, distilled vinegar, salt, fair trade organic cane sugar, water, garlic powder, and citric acid. The mayonnaise is utterly delicious and goes well on zucchini fries, veggie burgers, and garden salads. Getting it out of the bottle can be difficult once you are near the end. Just purchase a tall thin spoon to get all of the goodness.

I'm not huge into spicy stuff but when I tell you you can put this on anything and love it I'm serious!!Highly recommended by as well as any from this company!

I do enjoy this product, but will never purchase again through Amazon - price is outrageous! Most grocery stores don’t carry this product and I was all out of it, so I stupidly purchased through Amazon. Will never do again!!!

I expected it to be overwhelmingly spicy but it has just enough bite. I think it would go well with sandwiches to not just sushi.

Ordered this the other day. Sauce came in looking like this. I shook it as long as possible and even left it in the fridge over night. Still looks funky. I tried it and the taste is off. Can you send me another one please?
