This is my 2nd purchase of the Tozo A1 ear buds.My review of this recent purchase is compared from my older pair.Packaging:Current: Lightweight, efficient, decent protection, plastic trayPrevious packaging was better, better quality, looked professionally packedPacking contents:Limited/Missing rubber cap sizes. There were way more sizes in my previous purchaseProduct review:1. No real way to tell how much charge is left in battaries with a single LED on case.Previous case had 4 small LED lights which gave you an idea how much charge is left.2. Fit is as good as previous, I was lucky given the limited amount of rubber cap sizes that camewith the package.3. Sound quality is good but seems softer than previous purchase, compared side by side.Clarity is negligible with less color with the new purchase. Perhaps that is a good thing.4. A little difficult to get ear buds out of charging case, but understandable if size matters.5. Auto power off does not seem to work. Ear buds were left out of the case for 10 min, they were stillpowered on.6. Music functionality works, seems to work while streaming videos too on smart TV.7. Call control and Voice assistant seems to work fine8. There is a phone app that has a function to update firmware for the earbuds according to the manual.I wish there was a computer desktop app instead.9. Manual does not indicate any functionality on muting voice calls. This is unfortunate.Summary:All in all, the ear buds are decent for the price. Yes I would buy them again in the future.

Each earbud weighs just 3.7g, so you barely feel them, which is great for long sessions or workouts. The ergonomic design fits snugly in the ear and doesn’t stick out, making them ideal for exercise.As for the sound quality, it’s well-balanced, with a bass that feels deep and punchy thanks to the 6mm speakers. If you’re someone who likes to tweak your audio settings, the TOZO app lets you choose from 32 preset EQ modes, which is a huge plus if you enjoy listening to different music styles.Another thing I appreciate is the Bluetooth 5.3 connection. It’s super stable, I haven’t had any dropouts, even when I move around or step away from my phone (up to around 12 meters with no issues).Battery life is also impressive: about 7 hours of playtime per charge, and up to 32 hours total with the charging case. That’s more than enough to get through several days without worrying about charging.Overall, if you’re looking for earbuds that are lightweight, comfortable, customizable in sound, and long-lasting, the TOZO A1 is a great value for the price.

I purchased these earbuds about 14 months ago, and I absolutely loved them. They are very comfortable, the audio is great, and they stay is my ears well. Unfortunately after 13 months the left ear bud suddenly stopped emitting audio, I have no idea what caused this, since I had never gotten them wet or done anything that I thought would cause this. I reached out to the company’s customer service and ask how to fix them. They were great to work with and always responded within 24 hours. They gave me a few things to try, such as cleaning and changing the little rubber caps, making sure they were fully charged, and going through a restart process. None of these thing work, so they asked me to send them some verification to prove I had purchased their earbuds and when they were purchased. After they verified it, they sent me a brand new pair free of charge. As other reviews mentioned the new case is different (the new ones are on the right in my photos). The shape is taller and thinner, and the light is a solid bar instead of the dots that it had previously been. As far as the shape goes I actually prefer the thinner and taller profile, as it is less noticeable and more comfortable in my pocket. I do prefer the old light, just because it did indicate the battery power. Possibly a blend of the two cases would be perfect. All in all I love the product as long as it worked, and customer service was great to work with and very nice to send me new earbuds.

I have ordered two of these so far (pink and blue - ordered over a year ago, both still in amazing working condition). Each earbud has gone through the washer and dryer MULTIPLE times because I tend to forget them in my pockets. They still work as if they're new!! I love this product, I would HIGHLY recommend!!Case is the perfect size. The color options make it easy to spot in my bag and the design is simple and sleek. Pairs automatically with my phone when I take them out of the case and place the buds in my ears.
