Best fish feeder for vacation. Easy installation. Very study and battery works great. Love how you can set the amount of food that drops to assure not to over feed the fish.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We were headed out of town for a week and my son needed something to feed his fish. We returned today and the fish are ALIVE! He has a cover on his tank, so we wanted one that sat on top of the lid and not on the edge. We set it for feeding 2x a day. So easy to set up and worked perfectly! It runs off a battery.

Works very well and easy to program; however, there is a knob directly under where the food comes out of. It traps fish food on it. I used painters tape over it and it helped quite a bit.

Works perfectly. I bought this to feed my fish while I was away. Works with flake food.

DO NOT BUY THIS. I never write reviews .. I wish I could rate this 0 stars.I got it for my 100 gal. Freshwater tank. At my tattoo shop so on days we’re off I didn’t have to go in.It worked for a day..this won’t work for larger foods, first of all.. so I broke off the piece in the middle for the bigger pellets to fall out and that helped for another day or two..now having it for only a week.. the food is getting moldy inside & is absorbing the tanks moisture so the food won’t come out.Just threw it in the trash and sat down to write this

This fish feeder is super easy to set up and works great! I love that it lets me schedule feedings, so my fish are always fed on time—even when I’m away. It holds a good amount of food and works well for both small tanks and bigger aquariums.
