What an useful piece of kit!
Second one I bought as I gave one for a family member with plantar fasciitis. I use for releasing back muscles: very effective either pressing against a wall or on the floor. Also good to massage the forearm to release tennis-elbow type of pain. If you are at that age of occasional pain here and there, this is for you!

Do get this thing.
EXCELLENT gadget to add to my huge collection of ortho/osteo/chiro tools. Undoes the spine in the best possible way! Nil regrets, only a happier spine.

Amazing results for eliminating hamstring and calf night cramps
I didn't expect such a good response from using this product since nothing else worked before I started to use it ie. stretching the leg muscles using the wall and massaging. The doctor also prescribed quinine sulfate but I knew this was not a safe medicine for long term use as per USA FDA and UK MHRA. I was desperate and ordered this product to see if it would help. I can tell you that from the day I started to use it I have been able to sleep through the night with no cramp. I chop the pills into quarters to give 50mg of quinine and will soon stop completely. I haven't checked the video exercises but will soon and instead I use chunky books to elevate my legs to increase the pressure on the hamstrings etc and use a swinging motion to also increase the pressure. It hurts a little and takes 60 - 90 minutes each day but I watch TV or read the paper, not easy because I'm concentrating on getting a good result. I bought 2 of the conjoined balls and I recommend this device(s) and am so pleased that I bought them. I've told the doctor what I'm doing and I'll be having a pill review with him in April. I am not happy about taking quinine and I think he is sceptical at the present time. All I can say is if this works then I shall carry on using them every day.

Fibromyalgia Relief for Legs and Upper Back
Great for targeting areas of pain or tension in the lower legs and upper back. You can either roll it under the area or place it under your body weight for effective myofascial release. It may temporarily make the muscle feel more tender, but the tension usually eases shortly afterwards.I've since purchased their single muscle ball to help with areas the peanut shape doesn't quite fit.

This is a "must have" - honestly!!
This is a must have for anyone who suffers with back pain, who often feel locked up and limited in move. My back are very likely to do all those atrocities just to make my day worst and getting to chiropractor is merely impossible every time this occurs, my days were pure missery often without sleep because of the back pain, well until now because now i have this superb tool. Just couple minutes of slow rolling over this magic touch thingy and i am always good as new. I couldnt believe it for first time in just a minute and few cracks later my movility was restored. I thought it is just luck, it can not be this good. Well right now i have unlocked my back again, i could stay in bed, couldnt sleep or do certain moves, juat remembered i have this tool kr what to call it ... and again few cracks later I can do a full breath in and out without limitation, full mobility restored - i am talking out of my excitement how good this unique tool is for me - u can either spend hundreds on private chiropractic to get u sorted out which has of course some benefits or throw few quid at this litle baby and give it a go ... personally iam very happy with it ... unbeliavable results

Excellent, but you do need strongish knees to get the best out of it.
I bought this in desperation due to the lack of my normal back massages during lockdown, and am really happy with it. You lift it up behind your back and then lean against a wall so it is either side of your spine, and then using your knees you move up and down rolling it between you and the wall. This is great as you can decide the pressure and can control it very easily. The downside is that I have arthritic knees, so cant do it for very long at a time. However, I can do it, and even just a few goes up and down helps, especially if you do it after a nice warm bath when the muscles are all warmed up, and then lie flat on your back in bed for a bit afterwards. You can in theory roll it between you and the floor, but theres no way I can do this, and the pressure from leaning on the wall is more than enough for anyone. If you struggle with knots between your shoulders, or just either side of your spine lower down, then this is a great self help tool.

Painful but useful
As a white collar worker I unfortunately am sitting for very extended periods of time. The years of sitting fixed for long periods of time plus bad habits has meant my thorasic spine is becoming pretty hunched and immobile.I am now trying to do a lot more mobility work everyday and be concious about my posture. I saw the peanut ball recommended pretty widely as a good way to bring mobility back in the thorasic spine. So does it? Emphatically yes. A good test of shoulder mobility and thorasic spine mobility is if you can do wall angels (YouTube this). Pre peanut I couldn't do this exercise, after 2 weeks my mobility has improved enough that I can do this, albeit not perfectly as yet. Using it is quite painful but persevere as it definitely helps create space in the spinal column.I have found other uses too by using it for myofascial release. It's quite a dense ball (hence why painful) so you can really dig into tight spots.I would recommend purchase. It's reasonably priced, seems quite well built and lastly can you really put a price on health?
