Bought this as an Amazon Warehouse deal - which was a great saving in price over the full retail price. Was pleasantly surprised that the box was intact and all parts were covered in original packaging. Easy to assemble and use. Not sure whether it is effective yet as only have it a short time but with the different adjustments you can make the sit up as easy or hard as you want. Does take up a fair bit of space and not easy to fold down, but I have mine in the garage with the rest of my equipment so can incorporate it into my workout. So far please with the purchase and definitely a bargain at price paid.
