Excellent after sales service
Good value for money. A part was missing on arrival, once contacted and informed of the missing part, I was emailed promptly and the missing part was sent to me by first class post. Excellent service.

How long will it last?
At first sight the product looked well made and well painted.But after just a couple of uses the tongue hand fell off due to the poor welds and the brush hairs keep falling out.To top it off valiant customer service are slow to respond to support requests and just seem disinterested.
