Men's Kimono Japan Shijira Weaving Yukata

Since I apparently revel in not reading instructions, I went through the standard unpacking process for things and cut all the extra threads that presumably held it in "presentation mode". Don't do this, since they actually hold the nice finishing knot together for normal use. On the other hand, it's a very *honest* finishing knot, and, once I reassembled it based on the pressed-in folds, still holds its shape perfectly without the extra threads. However, if you've done this, you might want to keep a copy of the video from the webpage around in case the obi gets unfolded later by gremlins or something and you want to restore the knot.

Great style and color. We used it for Halloween. However, it needs ironing. Fabric is crepe like. And very light.

I bought two of these, one for my girlfriend and one for myself. They arrived in cute packaging and fit perfectly. I was a bit worried about the Velcro obi being uncomfortable or too bulky but I can honestly say that it's neither of them. It is super easy to put on and take off and you don't have to worry about tying the knot! I would buy another one in a heart beat.

Very functional with ample material not to feel crammed

This looks great, and was almost exactly what I expected. The pattern is awesome, the fit is superb, and the fabric is very light and breathable (though a bit rougher than expected, but not uncomfortable)

Here are the pluses:The fit of the Yukata is excellent. The size chart was precisely accurate for me (6’0”, 190 pounds, size LL).Some reviewers did not like the velcro belt. I found it to be good-looking and easy to use.The appearance of this Yukata is terrific. The first time I wore it in front of my girlfriend she gasped. In a good way. She calls me her “Shogun.” LOLHere are the minuses:The colors are limited. I wish they made one in red, or in red and white. Either would be much sharper than gray.The fabric is odd. The description says it is 100% cotton. It feels like monofilament (heavy synthetic) fishing line. It is a bit rough.Summary:All in all I’m reasonably pleased. If the fabric felt like cotton I would have given it five stars.

This is a very well put together product made from very nice material. Besides the obi being Velcro which isn't traditional, it still deserves 5 stars. It is a bit warm so I don't recommend wearing it in very hot climates. After seeing the quality I am going to buy one for my father.

At 1,68cm it fits me perfectly. The material is very breathable but I think the texture could be irritable for people with sensitive skin. The color of the blue one I ordered is great! A fine general purpose yukata for home use or short trips to the Conbini at a reasonable price.. I wouldn't wear this to a special occasion and the velcro Obi is strange. Never used one before. Buy a proper obi.

綿なので着心地良く、洗濯も楽です。暑い日は、毎日着用して購入してよかったです。また洗い替えで同じ物を購入しようと思います。

Excellent quality yukata.Fit Good

身長170センチ体重63キロ痩せ型（まぁ微妙に腹でてますが！）Ｍサイズで丁度良いです。この手の品は１番サイズの選択が気になると思うので参考にして下さい。安くて気軽に着れるのが良いです。薄手の生地なのでこれからの季節（現在４月）夏場から秋位まで着れそうです。涼しい時は中に作務衣のスボンを履いて浴衣を着て羽織りを着れば温度差の激しい季節でも着れます。庭で一服したり、コンビニへの買い物や犬の散歩で近所を歩きまわるのに着てます。さすがにショッピングセンターとかだと目立つので着ていけませんけどね。丸一日着てる訳では無いので週一位で洗濯して２年保てば元は取れそうです。なので色違いを欲しくなりました。
