I have been on a health kick all 2025, and my long runs on Saturdays leave me in dire need of electrolytes!! I've generated a huge aversion to sugar lately so Liquid IV, which used to be my favorite, is not longer an option. I wanted a sugar free option that didn't have sugar alternatives like aspartame or sucralose because I CANNOT stand the taste. This was the first thing that came up! And I can safely say I will only be purchasing the brand from here on out.The flavor is an acquired taste, but I love LA Croix-esque seltzers that have a wisp of flavor. This feels like an uncarbonated version. I like that there are 30 servings for a reasonable price. I add 1 scoop to 32 oz of water and the hydration is incredible. This electrolyte mix is extremely effective and helps me stay hydrated. I love that there's no extra junk in the ingredients.It is very easy to mix into your water, and again, the flavor is just a faint lemon. Since there's no sugar or additives, it is not sweet AT ALL, which I adore. Overall, this product is exactly as described, and exactly what I was looking for!

I ordered this to help with hydration in very hot weather, not always easy for us older folks. The great thing about this unsweetened version is that you can make it as strong as you like (or need) and add flavorings to suit your taste and dietary requirements. I only use a half scoop for a large glass of ice water and add dried lemon juice and Stevia packets to make a convenient and delicious drink for rehydrating.

A few things:1. The quantity of servings you get for the price is pathetic.2. I purchased, accidentally, the unsweetened formula and without the sugar included this stuff is basically a little salt and lemon flavoring.3. The sweetened stuff is pretty tasty, but again, way overpriced.4. I would never recommend purchasing this stuff at this price.

The selling point is the low sugar and calories, in addition to the value of the price per servings you get in the bag. The flavor is very subtle, too. Sometimes other "bigger name" electrolyte brands can taste way too sweet. If you're looking for electrolytes for the benefits more than anything else, Skratch Labs should be your go-to.

At last Skratch Labs put out a hydration drink without sugar or artificial sugar for those of us whose systems can't handle sugar of any kind during intense exercise. This product has a nice clean neutral taste that does not cause stomach upset and hydrates immediately. Now I hope they offer the same for their chews!

Im not sure why this product has so many haters. This is perfect for hot summer days, NOT for an intense workout/outdoor work. I tend to do low impact, indoor work outs, so I'm not sweating buckets, but if I did, I would use one of their recovery/sports drink products.The flavor is super subtle, but not unpleasant (I use the orange-tangerine). I purchased the individual packets for travel and also the connivence of not having to measure out the correct amount. Now that I know I like them, am going to try the bag and leave my extra sticks for travel days.The real highlight for me is the fact that is has no added sugar, and only the electrolyte essentials.My main critique is I wish there were more flavors! Some of the sports drinks look delicious, but I really don’t want/need all the added sugars.It is a little pricey, but I'm not using this every single day, so for the few times a week I feel I should be loading up on electrolytes I feel comfortable with the cost. If this was an everyday habit, I think I would look for something less costly.This will definitely be a pantry staple, especially during the summer months.

I love this for when I need electrolytes and a hint of flavor but without artificial sweeteners that leaves a weird taste in my mouth. I love that he flavor is pretty subtle and not super strong. I do 1 scoop in my 32 oz bottle, so I am diluting it a fair bit for regular use, but it's perfect for me. Love this on hot days when I'm sweating or doing exercise where I don't need a carb source but do need fluids and electrolytes.

Doesn’t seem to have as many electrolytes compared to other brands and lacks flavor. Give off more like a hint of flavor.
