Too small and no seal
I would not purchase. First, this costs too much to ship. Secondly, this seller doesn’t disclose that these are not standard size. They are not the proper dimensions to retro fit any access I have that is older than 2000. Have tried to use in multiple houses and this was a big fat waste of money and time. They do not seal, either.Really disgusted at this kind of thing… by the time you see the flaws, Amazon and seller won’t refund.

Not true to stated dimensions
The listing says it measures 22.5x 54. It’s definitely not. It was at least 1-2 inches short in all dimensions. I had to shim it significantly to get it to fit. With that amount of shimming the door doesn’t close perfectly. Other than that it’s great. The quality seems good. Wish they would have listed the true size of the ladder not just what it will fit into. Overall it works well but disappointed with the sizing
