This is a neat and well priced product and does what promises

This device does the basics well enough to be a useful gadget - it does have lagging issues on occasions and phone calls get be a bit hit and miss (possibly due to the car phone system clashing with the carplay - but that's just me guessing). It isn't cheap at £49 but if you crave that wire free car play experience that will automatically connect when you get in your car then this device should be on your list.

This arrived yesterday and I quickly tested it out. The QR code on the rear of the pack took me to the instructions - which are minimal because it’s so easy to set up. I just plugged in the device using the older USB- A side (as my car is 2018), It booted up very quickly and pairing with my iPhone was not only intuitive but very quick. I have had devices like this before which have been a lot harder to set up and have been quite slow to boot up - this one is great.This morning when I opened my car, it must have triggered the power to the USB as it was already up and running by the time I had my car in reverse.The sound quality is hard to compare instantly between using this and using a cable - due to the boot time, but my son and I really could not tell any difference…. the high-end might sound possibly better when wired, but it is minimal if anything. The only noticeable difference is the slight lag when selecting the next track. If watching a video the sync is completely out, but for 99.9% of the time it isn’t going to matter. Something else I like is that I can now shut the door/flap to the usb cubby hole - as the device is quite small - and my car looks a lot tidier.I don’t know why you would want to spend any more money than this. It’s perfectly good for the money and just works very well out of the box. I haven’t noticed too much drain from the battery on my phone either, which is good. Obviously, if my phone needs charging then I’ll have to wire it up, but for most of the time the convenience is great.I did not have to pay for this device, but I would gladly buy this again if I had to…. It’s a shame my wife’s car doesn’t have CarPlay otherwise I would!!

I had hight hopes.So simple to activate.Just plugged into a 2023 E Class Mercedes.I already had a similar product but was hoping for a qucker startup.The start up was almost instant - brilliant.Sadly - playing music - every 20 seconds or so there was a stop and start on each track.This product was a top product of 5 reviewed on YouTube.Sent it back and bought the one rated second of five.The startup was not as quick but it worked. And half the price.So no benefit for me - stuck with my original.

I've been using one of these wireless CarPlay adaptors for a few weeks now, and it's definitely a handy little gadget. It plugs into the USB port in my car that already had wired CarPlay, and hey presto! Wireless connection!The best part? No more wrestling with that tangled cable every time I get in the car. I just chuck my iPhone in my pocket and CarPlay fires up automatically. It's great for short trips, especially when you're nipping out for the shopping or picking the kids up from school.The sound quality seems just as good as wired, and I can still use all my favourite apps like maps, music, and calls. Plus, there's a handy split-screen function that lets me see two things at once, which is really useful for keeping an eye on directions while flicking through my music library. All in all, it's a neat little upgrade that's made using CarPlay in the car that much easier and more convenient.

Very easy to connect and install. Great connectivity connects as soon as car is turned on. Enables the CarPlay to be wireless. It’s small and compact barely even noticeable. perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again

This one was the best so far! The best of 4 others i have already tried, but its still not good enough which is sad. It worked for a month, maybe a bit more and then started playing up, disconnecting , etc.Im loosing hope that i will find anything that works with my 2019 Honda
