These are great by themselves as a snack, or add to a salad or casserole, or just about anything that needs a little crunch.

These are my favorite pumpkin (Pepita) seeds. They are literally just seeds and salt. No bad seed oils or greasy hands. This brand makes a few other flavors but these plain salted ones are my favorite. You get 10g of protein per serving (1/4 cup) so they are also filling.

These were absolutely DELICIOUS !! If they were not so over priced, I would buy them weekly. But, I found that a very well known popular grocery store here in CALIF. where I live sells an 18 oz bag for only $7.99 ... the bag looks like it holds about 1-1/2 - 2 cups of pumpkin seed kernels. I live the shells on them, but already shelled and getting that amount is AWESOME. IF I emptied all 5 or 6 of these packs in the same size bag, I would probably barely fill the bag 1/2 way. If the price ever goes DOWN to atleast $12.00 for the 6 pack of 4 oz bags I would order them. But, I will stick to the HUGE de-shelled bag that are just as tasty.But, THANK YOU for a great product.

I rarely write a review, BUT this product is not only healthy for you, but they're what they say they are. Organic, dry roasted, & lightly salted with sea salt to perfection. I'm addict YUMMY & HEALTHY too?!! What a combo

I often eat these as they are a good nutritional snack. They are low sodium but don't taste unsalted as others sometimes do and while I mainly eat them to help keep my Iron, Magnesium, and Potassium levels up, but lately I have been eating them to get in some protein as well. They are a really great snack for when I really can't eat much but need something solid as they have a good mix of nutrients.
