Works great
I’m using this as a line check valve for a condensate pump and it works perfectly! Barbed ends hold tubing nicely and it works reliably to protect the pump and keep tubing primed. Grey price, great purchase.

Metrically undersized for Imperial sized tubing.
These check valves are under-sized for 1/2" ID use. They will not seal water-tight on 1/2" braided hose. The quality seems to be good and they do check reverse flow on a PEX line.

I installed the Evil Energy 3/8" inline fuel check valve along with their 300 PSI 3/8" fuel hose on my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee (5.2L) — and let me tell you, the difference was night and day.My Jeep already had a new fuel pump and strong pressure readings, but the pressure would drop quickly after shutdown, making cold starts a chore. After adding the check valve into the line, the fuel pressure now holds steady, and startups are instant — no more pumping the throttle or long cranks. Works well for a bit, then fails. Apparently, our crappy alcohol mixture kills it. This one last one month.
