Slight defects
Received item with scratch.Brakes are noisy.Didnt recieve any warranty paper.

is a good bike but needed lots of adjustments to function properly
it’s an average quality, the seat cover is slightly pealing off from underneaththe gear needed some adjustments to shift properly.the wheels need some alignment.the gear shifters are not the best but can be upgraded..it’s not a bad bike for occasional users like me..but if you are hard core mountain bike user you would need a better quality..

Top Quality all around bike
Easy to assemble, has some quick assemble and disassemble feature like the front wheel can be dissembled in seconds with no tools. Has good suspension. NOTE: Be sure to order a bike tire pump with you as my tires came half flat and I'm unable to ride it until my bike pump arrives

Low Quality
The one I boutght have manufacturing/ quality issues:1.front wheel dropout is not aligned which caused front wheel to be out of center2. freewheel wobble in a manner lead to sometimes uncontrolled gears change.these problem were noticed during riding on city streets. i did not test the bike in rough road or gravel yet to see if more issues will rise

Good quality product
Quality of the product is amazing. Delivery was very fast. Well packed. For assembling i had to take to a bicycle shop.it cost around 40 Aed only in Abudhabi.
