Smell is tolerable to me. No taste.
I’m so confused by the smell thing. Let me say first, I have the MTHFR mutation. I think regular vitamins smell disgusting. B vitamins are the worst. Prenatal vitamins I always hated that weird vanilla ish flavor. I was expecting these to smell and taste so bad. They don’t to me. I wonder if it’s that mutation? To me they smell like baby formula burps. Also, with the first hour I had that feeling that I can only describe as “all systems online”. I did find I need to curb my caffeine when taking these. I use so much because I’m always so tired but these have the right mix to cause natural energy. When I say I am usually the first to turn up my nose at a weird smell- I used to get picked on for it. I don’t mind these. Maybe it was how ready I was for the smell of death. Oh as for taste or burps… I do the vitamin sandwich. I eat half my breakfast, take vitamins then eat the rest. I’ve always done it that way. But no taste on first taking them.

Vitamins without Calcium
These vitamins have a strong smell but it’s not overwhelming. Just need to keep the lid closed. I take these because they do NOT include calcium. So they don’t interfere with my thyroid medication.

These really have a strong odor that is not good
Wow they smell! And you will burp that smell back up many times a day. I’m still trying to force the rest down to see if it is worth the smell and regurge.

Ideal Multivitamin for quality, purity, and MTHFR issues
Pros:- Great quality brand- High purity expected, as the brand is well known as one of the top 2 brands for vitamin supplements (along with Thorne Research)- Vitamin K as MK7 for bone health and joint pain, great addition to a multivitamin- Lutein and Zeaxanthin is great to have in a multivitamin, and the dosages are safe for general use- Boron included- Bioactive forms of all B-Vitamins- Higher dosage of Folate (B9) in the Methyl form than all other multivitamins, making this an ideal choice for those with MTHFR issues (may combine with MethylAssist or MethylGuard Plus)- Multiple forms of B12 included, which is great... as some people may have less bioavaliability for certain forms of B12, thus having multiple forms helps ensure absorptionCons:- 60 day regimen only- Cost is a bit high, as a result, although that is the norm for high quality multivitamins- Taste can be a bit unsavory compared to the less potent and lower quality brands like Centrum

Tastes terrible, works great!
I came across these vitamins on Tik Tok and figured what the heck, why not try them? They arrived quickly and came sealed, no issues.Do they taste and smell like a fart? Yes. Do they work? Also yes. I have been keeping them in the fridge and only take it out when I’m ready to.If you can find a way to minimize the taste, it’s so worth it. It’s not even been a week since I started and I have reduced fatigue and brain fog already! I am able to wake up from sleep without needing a ton of time to get functioning. I feel SO much better since taking these. They don’t hurt my stomach and I don't burp up the taste. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE!

Good for people with vitamin B methylation issues
The best multivitamin to date. I have issues with most supplements that have vitamin B, but this one has a great form that helps me, instead of making me more tired

I’m on my 2nd bottle
to be honest when I first bought these I couldn’t take them because they made my stomach hurt…BUT fast-forward a few months later I started on a GLP-1, now they keep me “moving”… if you know what I mean.
