The XpandaHose is well made and comes with a holder to hang the hose, a storage bag, and a nozzle with ten settings. The hose is light weight and flexible and carries a lifetime warranty. It expands as it fills with water and won't kink because I use the hose holder that simply hooks on the water bib coming from my house. When I developed a leak in the XpandaHose, I emailed the company and they responded immediately with simple instructions for replacement. I followed the instructions and quickly received a personal email from John who said my replacement was on the way. I appreciate a company who stands behind their product. I would definitely purchase this product again.

This is not like the old pocket hose we’ve all had before that explodes in a season or less. This hose is very well made. It is flexible and lightweight. I love that I can maneuver it so easily for watering the flowers or shrubs. I’m a senior with arthritis in my hands. The old, heavy hose was too much! Very happy with my purchase!

This is a great product. I find it much easier to use and store this than a non-expanding hose. Unfortunately, one of the end pieces broke and I’m working with them to get a replacement. Very nice people.

I purchased this hose about a year ago and have absolutely loved it. It’s incredibly lightweight, never kinks, and takes up very little space thanks to its expandable design—perfect for easy storage and handling.Over the 4th of July weekend, it started leaking near the brass fitting by the nozzle. I went on Amazon intending to purchase a replacement, only to discover that the hose actually comes with a lifetime warranty—something I had completely forgotten! The product page also included some DIY repair tips, which I tried, but unfortunately the issue persisted.I decided to reach out to the company late on Saturday night during a holiday weekend, expecting a delay in response. To my surprise, I received a reply almost immediately asking for my order number and a photo or video of the issue. I sent the requested info and within less than an hour, they confirmed my shipping address and let me know a replacement was already on its way.By Monday, a brand new hose arrived—complete with the spray nozzle and storage bag.A huge thank you to John Spellman and J&B Merchandise LLC for the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. This Water house is amazing. Light weight, strong and stretches to nearly twice its length. No kinking and comes with a hanger that can easily be attached to the house or stored in a nice bag which is included.

I have purchased two of these (75 foot and 100 foot). My wife needs to do a lot of hand watering in both our front yard and flower/vegetable garden. She gets tired of lugging heavy standard hoses around and finds these very handy. They also come with good multi-spray pattern nozzles and simple plastic hangers, so the hose is easy to coil and hang after draining and shrinking in length. Only had them for the current season. They are advertised as having a lifetime warranty. For most hoses, if you get 10 years, you are doing great and if you get 5 years, it is average. I always drain them for the winter season and store them covered and out of the weather. The biggest enemy is sunlight and mechanical damage from things like mowers. Most hoses tend to fail around the end fittings. I think it would be hard to replace the fittings on these.

DEFECTIVE GARDEN HOSEI bought this hose at the close of 2024 with the expectation of using it in the spring 2025. The hose, did perform as advertised in the sense that it was easy to handle and move about and contracted as expected when the water was turned off, however the hose did leak. I contacted the manufacturer immediately and explain the circumstance. They gave me no problem at all telling me that they would replace the hose. They did not have a 150 ft hose in stock at the moment but agreed to send me a 100-ft hose and to follow with a second shipping of the 150 ft model as soon as it came in. To their credit I did receive the 100-ft hose in the mail within a week. It's only been 2 weeks and expect that a 150 ft hose will probably be coming my way shortly. So they get exceptional marks as far as I'm concerned with regard to customer service expecting that the second hose will arrive. I have yet to use the new 150 ft hose but will do so shortly. I hope that it's durability outperforms what may have been just a defective hose that I originally purchased. I will gladly update this review after I use the hose and after the new one has arrived. This explains the three-star review, which reflects the lack of durability or imperfection in the first house but the excellent customer service and response to my problem.

Once I figured out to contact them, they replied in less than five miinutes. They are sending me a replacement and were very helpful. The hose itself (150 foot) is a masterpiece of engineering. I can reach everything in my yard without re-attaching the hose at another outlet. When I turn the water off and relieve the pressure in the hose it shrinks up to a very managable package, light and durable. Thank you Xpandahose, J&B AND Mr. Spellman !!!!!
