Works perfectly well. good grips.I eventually passed it to a friend and bought a 5ft version, as I needed more space for weights for deadlifts.That's the only downside - the bar has specific area the weights can fit on, and that maxes out at high weights.But a 4ft bar isn't for super heavy weight anyway, that's what 5ft, 6ft and Oly bars are for.

Solid bar but as with most bars like this spinlocks will losen during use.Great beginner option.

Excellent product

Was a bit dubious after reading some reviews where it says the bolts keep coming loose, but I've been using this daily for a couple of months now and have had no problems at all. It's sturdy and the grip on the bar is excellent. Would have been nice to have had some weights with it but for the price it's definitely worth the money!!

Contrary of some other reviews, I did not find this barbell oily or slippery. Furthermore, it has been one of the best that I have bought in the past, for it does not occupy much room inside my downstairs cupboards, which means that it is always at hand each time I need to work out. For a petite woman like me, this barbell is great. It is heavy but not to the point of being unable to lift it or carry it from a room to another. My weight discs slip pretty well and they stay on their place thanks to the locks that do not move at all. So far all good!
