Great portable exerciser
I really enjoy this exercise bar. It's very convenient for traveling with. I was able to bring it with me on my trip out of state so I could workout while I was away. At 5'5", I was a perfect height for it (although some of the exercises didn't work quite as well for my 4'10" daughter, some were fine).

Bar and bands
I really like the bar it's really sturdy. And the bands are ok to use I would give 4.2 Stars. Max 240lb? I don't think so

absolutely love it. Whenever I can't make it to the gym. I workout with bad boy and get a good 30-45 min workout in. So many workouts you can do. Great resistance easy to use

Definitely not 240lbs of resistance, but it works.
I'm a shorter guy, so for anything involving curls I need to criss-cross the bands to get the right amount of resistance to even feel anything. These bands are also definitely not 240lbs of resistance (though I'll still tell my wife I can curl 240 no problem...).These are great for keeping next to your desk to get in quick sets while working (at home, or in the office if you want to be the weird sweaty guy).

Product was as advertised. As an average height person (5’9”), I wish there was a way to shorten the straps to reach max tension on different exercises. Overall, happy with the product. Currently using as a light weight warmup tool prior to a weight lifting session.
